According to different production processes, it can be divided into:
Spunlace: it is to spray high-pressure micro water into one or more layers of fiber nets so that the fibers are entangled with each other and the fiber nets can be strengthened and have a certain strength.
Heat bonded non-woven fabric bag: it refers to the addition of fiber shape or powder shape hot-melt bonding reinforcement materials to the fiber mesh, which is then heated, melted and cooled to form a cloth.
Pulp airflow into non-woven fabric bags: it is also known as dust-free paper, dry papermaking non-woven fabric. It uses the airflow to form a net to loosen the wood pulp fiberboard into a single fiber state, and then uses the airflow method to make the fiber agglutinate on the net forming curtain, and then the fiber net is reinforced into a cloth.
Wet non-woven fabric bag: it is used to loosen the fiber materials placed in the water medium into a single fiber, mix different fiber materials at the same time, and make the fiber suspension slurry. The suspension slurry is delivered to the mesh forming mechanism, and the fiber is formed into a mesh in the wet state and then reinforced into a cloth.
Spunbond nonwoven fabric bag: after the polymer has been extruded and stretched to form a continuous filament, the filament is laid into a net, and then the net is made into a nonwoven fabric through self-adhesion, thermal adhesion, chemical adhesion or mechanical reinforcement.
Melt blown non-woven fabric bag: its technological process: polymer feeding - melt extrusion - fiber formation - fiber cooling - mesh formation - reinforcement into the fabric.
Needling: it is a kind of dry non-woven fabric. Needling the non-woven fabric is to use the puncture effect of the needle to strengthen the fluffy fiber net into the fabric.
Stitching: it is a kind of dry non-woven fabric. The stitching method is to use the warp knitting coil structure to reinforce the fiber net, yarn layer, non-woven material (such as plastic sheet, plastic thin metal foil, etc.) or their combination to make non-woven fabric.
It has good adhesion, and is not easy to lose, and can be cut into various shapes of parts.
